When producing letters from OPEN Housing, they may not display correctly as below:
In Word go to File>Options>Advanced – scroll to ‘Show document content’, ensure ‘Show field codes instead of their values’ box is unchecked.
Click OK. The letter should now display the values rather than any macro codes.
